If you have board meeting minutes, interviews, meeting notes, client or patient reports to be transcribed, you've come to the right place.  We can either transcribe your electronic files or attend in person (West London area only) and take notes directly onto our laptops.

Virtually 24/7
works with a team of experienced transcriptionists to produce your documents from CD, electronic voice files or hand-written / flipchart notes.

We have experience of taking minutes in meetings and full notes of evidence in court proceedings.  Please ask us for details.

We are fast, accurate typists but keep in mind it is a misconception that it takes the same amount of time to type as it takes someone to talk.  The industry standard is that it takes four times as long to transcribe as it takes to record.  All voices are unique and each assignment will be quoted for on an individual basis, taking into account any background noise, accents and the number of voices involved.

How it works:  You dictate, send us your file by e-mail or upload to your extranet.  We will send you an e-mail receipt and begin the transcription.  A first draft is sent to you to approve, any required changes are made and a final document sent to you via e-mail within your deadline.  A simple process that will save you time and you will always have a complete and accurate record of your meeting, interview or report.

Previous clients
We have transcribed for the BBC from video and achieved extremely tight deadlines. However, please note that evening and weekend work is charged accordingly.
Confidentiality
All assignments are treated in the same way as all other work - confidentiality is guaranteed and we are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements if required.
